Once your information is saved, you’ll enter the interactive dashboard. The process of making a suggestion is straightforward and user-friendly. If you identify a potential improvement, you can submit this via the dashboard.

Review and Rewards
Once a suggestion is made, it appears on the Employee Engagement Dashboard within the main CALMS app. Our managers review these suggestions and decide whether to approve, decline, or return them for further clarification.
