Our new web application is at the heart of this initiative. Starting is as simple as scanning a QR code, which leads you to details page. Once your information is saved, you’ll enter the interactive dashboard. This dashboard is your gateway to participate in two key activities: reporting inefficiencies and accessing training modules to increase your knowledge about energy conservation.

The process of making a suggestion is straightforward and user-friendly. If you identify a potential improvement, you can submit this via the dashboard.

Each suggestion creates a ticket, which is then tracked through our system. This ensures that every idea is considered and given the attention it deserves.

 

Review and Rewards

Once a suggestion is made, it appears on the Employee Engagement Dashboard within the main CALMS app. Our managers review these suggestions and decide whether to approve, decline, or return them for further clarification. This process is vital as it ensures that all proposals are feasible and align with our company’s goals.

For those suggestions that are implemented, the employees who proposed them are rewarded. Points are awarded based on the uniqueness of the idea and the amount of energy it saves. We are also looking into more exciting forms of recognition such as cryptocurrency and NFTs, which would provide tangible rewards for your contributions.
